Imagine Peace was a public art installation presented by Art Production Fund in honor of Global Truce 2012 on September 21st, 2012. The project consisted of Yoko Ono’s "Imagine Peace" message, translated into 24 world languages, appearing on Times Square video screens throughout the day. Participating screens included MTV 44 1/2, Viacom North and South, and American Eagle Times Square.IMAGINE PEACE is artist Yoko Ono’s worldwide initiative of anti-violence. This is an ongoing project using Internet projects, posters, thoughts, badges, and a multitude of other media to communicate its message of peace to the global community.Imagine Peace was also presented by Art Production Fund as part of the London 2012 Cultural Festival, in conjunction with the London Summer Olympics from June 21 to September 9, 2012, bringing together leading artists from across the world.
