The August 2012 Midnight Moment featured Erika Janunger's Weightless, presented in partnership with PORTLAND GREEN™. In Weightless, director Erika Janunger's choreography defied gravity. It was difficult to discern the position of dancer against the wall, floor or ceiling. The dancers’ bodies seemed to float within space. In the setting of Times Square’s canyon, they looked as if they traversed between buildings.

Weightless (single-channel, 2007) had previously been screened and exhibited internationally including Vo’Arte: Festival of Film, Art and Technologies, Portugal in 2011, International Dance and Electronic Media, Mexico (FEDAME) in 2010, Murberget Lansmuseet Vasternorrland, Sweden in 2011, and Dance Camera West, USA in 2009.
