Choi Ropiha, the architectural practice that won the Van Alen Institute's design competition for the new TKTS booth, specializes in public and residential architecture and urban design. Perkins Eastman, one of the nation's largest architecture and design firms, developed Choi Ropiha's design concept for the ticket booth and steps. The firm creates innovative environments for many organizations and client-types, designing communities, facilities, and environments that enhance our everyday lives. The firm practices in 10 offices worldwide.
William Fellows Architects, a New York-based architecture and interior design firm, designed the plaza in a way that opens access to Father Duffy's statue and reflects the bright lights of Times Square. The firm's major projects include educational and institutional facilities, corporate and professional offices, retail and restaurant spaces, single and multi-unit residences.
Lehrer, LLC., is represented by Peter M. Lehrer, an internationally-recognized leader in design and construction management with over 40 years of experience, including the restoration of two other New York icons - the Statue of Liberty and Grand Central Station. Mr. Lehrer co-founded Lehrer McGovern, and was then the chief executive officer of Bovis Inc. Since 1996 Mr. Lehrer has been a real estate developer and chairman of Lehrer, LLC, which provides construction consulting services. Mr. Lehrer is currently on the board of the World Trade Center Memorial Foundation.

Haller, Inc., the construction manager, provide complete construction services ranging from the initial estimating, scheduling, and logistic development through trade procurement, coordination, and field supervision. The firm specializes in building conversions, apartments and high-end multi family condominiums, universities and private Schools, museum galleries and commercial office interiors.
Dewhurst Macfarlane and Partners, which engineered the glass steps structure, is an engineering consulting firm specializing in innovative structural and facade design. Founded in London in 1985,. The company now employs fifty staff members working from offices in worldwide.
DMJM Harris, the project's civil, structural, and geotechnical engineer, is a world leader in the planning, design, and construction of infrastructure projects, serving a broad array of market sectors from a worldwide network of over 50 offices. Local New York projects include the permanent World Trade Center PATH Terminal, Hudson River Park, the redevelopment of Lincoln Center, the Second Avenue Subway, and the rehabilitation and restoration of Grand Central Terminal.
Haran Glass, a 132-year-old architectural glazing firm based in Glasgow, Scotland, is assembling and testing the glass stair structure.
